Citi's Global Consumer Bank serves 62 million clients in 35 countries with a strategic focus on markets and segments in which the bank's unique global network, brand, and customer-centric products and services provide a competitive advantage. Citi uses APIs to build many of its award-winning Digital products for consumers all over the world.

Citi required a solution to expose APIs and sample data to developers participating in the Citi Mobile Challenge, so that they could easily build innovative consumer and institutional banking solutions. AnyPresence was used to quickly create APIs that mimic Citi production APIs and augment them with sample data and responses. The AnyPresence server is deployed on IBM SoftLayer cloud infrastructure, and runs behind IBM’s API Management gateway for scaling and throttling as needed.

This solution enabled Citi to enhance the experience of Citi Mobile Challenge developers without having to modify production APIs, expose customer data, or invest in expensive infrastructure. Once the Citi Mobile Challenge winners are selected, the apps can be switched to use production APIs with minimal changes.

Miami Children's Hospital

Emory

The Emory Prevention Research Center (EPRC) is part of a national network of prevention research centers funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Petco/PawsPlus (NASDAQ: CENT)

Streamline in-store pet healthcare processes with tablet apps for clinic management, customer service, and real-time SMS paging.


PawsPlus operates hundreds of affordable dog, puppy, kitten and cat vaccination clinics around the country, including many Petco locations.

One of the operational challenges PawsPlus faced was the customer experience in-store related to sign-ups and waiting in line with their pets to see the veterinarian. AnyPresence technology was used to develop a solution to address these challenges with a innovative tablet application called “PetPass”, connected to powerful cloud-based backend server capabilities.

With the PetPass deployed to the clinics on iPads, PawsPlus technicians are now able to manage appointments, register walk-ins, and enable customers to check-in when they arrive so they can be paged via SMS when the vet is ready to see them. Lines are virtually eliminated, enabling customers and their pets to browse the store at leisure.
